The Aalborg Cooperation

The Aalborg Cooperation is a cooperation across municipalities. The purpose is to facilitate industrial and commercial development, tourism and the experience economy within and across the four participating municipalities: Jammerbugt, Rebild, Aalborg and Vesthimmerland. The four focus areas of the Aalborg Cooperation are Business & Industry, Culture & Leisure, Tourism and Municipality Cooperation. 

The vision of the cooperation is that the member municipalities constitute an oasis in which people of all ages want to work and live. At the same time, the region needs to attract growth-oriented companies and competent manpower that can help the region maintain and develop its position with regards to global development.
